How it works: Hygienic steam production uses a steam heat exchanger as the primary source of heat to meet high steam demand.
Design: Hygienic steam generators are cleaned by steam cans, heat exchangers, chassis, pumps, valves, level control and Control panel composition. The device is pre-wired and piped. Tested by hydrostatic test. Structural steel is installed and delivered in a fully packaged form with a simple connection for installation and use.
Size, capacity, and import and export connections can be designed to customer requirements.
Working conditions: Standard operating pressure range is 1 - 5 bar (g) 250 kg / s - 4,000 kg / hour steam Amount of production; higher pressure ratio and capacity available upon request; flange standard according to DIN EN 1092-1, PN6 / 16 / 40; this product is fully compliant with European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / EC and has CE marking .
