ACOP condensate pump
Ayvaz condensate transfer pump is a system that collects condensed water and uses steam as feed water. The condensate pump can be used with gas, compressed air and steam. When there is a large amount of condensed water, a two-line to three-wire pumping pipe can be used. In the system, if the boiler feed water is at the optimum temperature, the system will use this condensate pump system to restore maximum efficiency. If an electric pump is used instead of a condensate pump to deliver high temperature condensate, the flash steam will produce some cavitation. To avoid this in the system, use a mechanical condensate pump.

How it works
Condensate from the inlet collector, successively into the internal piping and check valves, rather than into the condensate pump body, so the tank is gradually full. When the condensate in the tank reaches the upper limit, the ELK-2 level gauge checks the conductivity and converts it into an electrical signal that is sent to the three-way pneumatic valve for connecting the contacts on the steam line to close the trap. Typically, steam has a higher pressure than condensed water. When the three-way valve is closed, the system drains the condensate through a thermodynamic steam trap.
When the condensate pressure in the condensate pump is less than the back pressure, the discharge stops; as the steam enters the condensate pump, the pressure in the pump is higher than the back pressure, and the condensate discharge is restarted. When the condensate in the tank reaches the lower limit, the ELK-2 level gauge sends an electrical signal to the three-way pneumatic valve to shut down the system for steam to enter. After that, the condensed water enters again and fills the tank. This operating frequency is related to the amount of condensate. The user can track the amount of condensate through the controller.

Viewing mirrors indicate flow, an element used to monitor fluids in different directions in a closed pipeline loop. The flow indicator is connected to the steam trap before or after to monitor the steam leak. It can be applied to the visual control of industrial fluids. The lenses used in the sight glass are specific, usually tempered soda lime glass. This lens does not break when broken. The operating temperature can be raised to 300 ° C by changing the borosilicate glass and gasket.
