HK-23 excess condensate drainer
HK-23 has a regulating valve so it can discharge a lot of condensate.
DN50 uses 3 thermostatic sacs, DN65-DN100 uses 4 thermostatic sacs.
When the amount of condensate exceeds its discharge capacity, the cone valve opens and drains the condensate. The condensate drain is set by the set screws on the steam trap.
HK-23 should be installed in the pipeline in a horizontal position to improve work efficiency and extend service life. Isolation valves should be used during maintenance and steam trap replacement to ensure safety.
