Ayvaz YBS-10 surface sewage system
In the steam production process, the total dissolved matter (TDS) density in the water will gradually increase. In this case, the boiler and steam lines may be damaged if the specified limits are exceeded. These damages may cause equipment defects, while the insoluble matter is entrained by steam to increase the conductivity of the condensed water, resulting in energy loss.
In the steam production process, in order to achieve the best TDS level, these substances (usually calcium and magnesium salts) in steam and steam pipelines need to be removed in various ways. This process is called "sewage”. If unwanted substances are dissolved in the water, they will blow out of the surface and automatically drain the system. Surface blowdown is a regular and continuous process.

Additional 1 plate heat exchanger and 1 circulation pump to the YBS-10 energy recovery system upon request.
According to working conditions, YBS-10 with heat recovery system will pay off investment costs in a short period of time.
Advantages of Surface Sewage Control System
It is not possible to determine the concentration of insolubles in the boiler water, nor to determine the optimal purge range by a manually controlled surface drain system. The boiler operator cannot know the drain interval and duration. However, even if the discharge interval is appropriate, it is impossible to calculate the change in the new feed water and boiler feed water.
Again, it is not possible to calculate the return flow of condensate. The automatic sewage system is capable of measuring the total amount of insoluble matter in the water by optimizing the surface discharge interval.
Surface automatic blowdown control system minimizes purge flow to ensure that the amount of chemicals used is maintained at an appropriate level and energy losses are minimized. It greatly reduces the cost of water treatment, consumption and heating.
