Ayvaz rubber expansion joint
This rubber expansion joint is used for vibration isolation. The working pressure is 10 bar, but it is not deformed by the peak pressure of 40 bar and the vacuum of 700 mm Hg. The Ayvaz rubber expansion joint is a good choice for piping systems and can withstand operating pressures up to 10 bar.
The rubber expansion joint absorbs vibration and noise with its soft body and resists temperatures up to 90°C.
For greater pressure and temperature, metal bellows expansion joints are a better choice.
The Ayvaz rubber expansion joint has the following advantages:
Ayvaz rubber expansion joints provide excellent compensation through its high-rated rubber bellows, which are made of special synthetic rubber, steel wire and nylon woven fibers;
Compensate lateral and axial displacement;
Compensate for lateral displacement;
Compensate for peak force effects;
Easy to install with floating flanges depending on working pressure;
No connectors and seals are required.
