BarkerBille offers different air volume control solutions.
Wind Valves
We provide butterfly valves made of carbon steel or stainless steel, petal valves to achieve control of the fan air volume. If the frequency converter is not configured to regulate the flow, or for operational safety reasons, we can add a valve to the fan to control the flow.
Different applications, valve design is different, air tightness and temperature requirements are different.
Valve size range, round ø 100-ø 2000 mm, square 100× 100 – 2000× 2000mm.
Air inlet damper
According to the customer's need to adjust the air volume, BarkerBille provides the air inlet damper. The air inlet adjusting damper can be installed on the air inlet or the duct of the fan, which can replace the regulating function of the valve.
The damper is made according to the standard size, corresponding to different fans, a total of 17 models, diameter from 200 to 1,600.
The damper can be manual or electric, depending on the direction of rotation of the fan (clockwise or counterclockwise) to determine whether the damper execution direction is LG or RD. The damper guide vanes are driven by self-lubricating sliding bearings. The damper blades are redirected by connecting rollers. The rollers are equipped with adjustment rings to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the entire adjustment.
Inverter
BarkerBille provides customers with different frequency converter solutions for use with fans.
The use of frequency converters to control fans has many advantages. The obvious and important point is energy saving. Compared with the use of valves or guide dampers for mechanical adjustment, use the inverter to save energy. At the same time, the use of frequency converters is a flexible solution that is easy to integrate and unify with the control system.
