The hazardous waste incineration project of Jiangsu Youjia plant protection Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yangnong group, the largest pesticide chemical enterprise in China, is a highly difficult hazardous waste treatment project in China, with a treatment capacity of 25000 tons / year, 45 kinds of solid wastes and 171 kinds of liquid wastes, high salt, chlorine, bromine and other halogen and phosphorus elements. The project is equipped with two incineration lines. Solid waste and low acid value waste are incinerated in rotary kiln, while high acid value liquid waste is treated in vertical liquid furnace. The whole process is safe, efficient and without secondary harm. It is a "domestic advanced and international first-class" hazardous waste disposal project.

 

As the EPC general contractor of the project, Shanghai Hongji environmental protection Co., Ltd. is responsible for the turnkey project of design, procurement, construction and commissioning of incineration plant line (solid waste and liquid waste), central control center, auxiliary tank farm, solid waste warehouse, waste water treatment station and supporting public works. The project was commissioned in March 2018 and has been successfully operated for more than two years.
