Level gauge module. Level-Start is designed to monitor the level of installed electric pumps used to boost wastewater from municipalities, industrial areas and animal farms. Level-Start has proven to be very reliable for heavy duty work, as this type of work can be caused by fouling caused by grease or detergent or by false signals caused by surface foams that can cause other adjustment systems to fail. The Level-Start can be installed either on the control and protection panels of the electric pump or as a separate unit in a fiberglass reinforced plastic enclosure with IP55 protection for installation with existing controls. Pneumatically transmitted measuring systems have no circuits or contacts in the tank and are therefore suitable for installation in the presence of gas. The level of several pumps can be adjusted with just one probe. Maintenance of the cleaning float is no longer required on a regular basis.
