Product Overview
The CTW Series Chemical Process Pumps are petrochemical process pumps designed to API610 specifications. The pump is a single stage, horizontal, radial split volute pump. Type I pump body is pump foot support, type II, III, IV is the central support, axial suction, radial discharge. The axial force balance is performed by using the front and rear mouth rings and the balance hole according to the conditions of use. The pump cover has a compartment to cool or heat the sealed liquid. The shaft seal is sealed with a packing, or it can be a single end, series or double mechanical seal with a cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system. The pump has the characteristics of good reliability and easy maintenance, and is especially suitable for the petrochemical industry.
The product design complies with API610 (eighth edition), GB5656, ISO13709 design specifications.
