Product Overview
CTZ series chemical self-priming pumps are derivatives of CT series standard chemical centrifugal pumps. The pump is a single-stage, horizontal, radial split volute pump structure designed to meet ISO 285 specifications.
The pump body is supported by both feet, axially inhaled, and radially discharged. The axial force balance is performed by using the front and rear mouth rings and the balance hole according to the conditions of use. The pump cover has a cooling or heating pipe joint. Shaft seals are available with packing seals and can be single, tandem or double mechanical seals with a cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system. The pump has the characteristics of good reliability and easy maintenance, and is especially suitable for applications in the petrochemical industry.
This product is suitable as a pump for unloading vehicles and a pump for underground storage tanks as strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid.
