Apps
Condensate tube protects pressure measuring instruments from medium pressure pulses and overheating
Cooling elements for liquids, gases, and vapors in pressure measuring instruments
can be directly installed on the pressure interface of the pressure measuring instrument or the shut-off valve (water stop or valve) below
Features
Designed to DIN 16282 or industry standard
Allow temperatures up to 400 ° C
Nominal pressure up to 16 MPa
Material: 1.0039 and 1.0345 steel and 1.4571 stainless steel
Description
910.15 type condensing tube according to DIN 16282, and has a variety of shapes: U, B, horn and D type, which has a connection to the process pipe connection to the pressure pipe Interface, and there is a threaded interface with the instrument connection.
For models that meet industry standards, a threaded connection to the pressure tube can also be provided at the connection to the process piping.
U-type condensing pipe is mainly used for horizontally installed pressure pipe; horn type condensing pipe is mainly used for vertical installation of pressure pipe.
Condensate will collect condensate to prevent heat medium from entering the meter. We recommend injecting a cooling spacer into the condenser before commissioning the pressure line.
