Description
Diaphragm sealing systems are used to protect pressure gauges in aggressive, high viscosity, crystalline, corrosive, hazardous and toxic environments. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel for isolating the medium. Pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the system fill fluid inside the diaphragm.
Because of the variety of options, such as different diaphragm designs and materials, there are virtually unlimited possibilities for this product. The type of process connection and the basic manufacturing method are important design differentiation criteria.

With its own design advantages, DSS10M is widely used. The lower part is replaceable (when changing the process interface) and no modifications to the diaphragm system are required for replacement.
The diaphragm seal is mounted to the measuring instrument using a standard direct mounting method.
DSS10M is especially suitable for aggressive and high temperature media. The measuring instrument is mainly used in the process industry.
