Description
Diaphragm sealing systems are used to protect pressure measuring instruments from corrosive, viscous, crystallization, aggressive, high viscosity, hazardous environments and toxic media. The stainless steel diaphragm effectively isolates the media. The pressure is transferred to the measuring instrument through the system fill fluid in the diaphragm sealing system.
The DSS18F meets the requirements of the food industry and provides a hygienic process connection via a threaded joint. The product is also available for offline cleaning (COP).
The diaphragm seal system withstands the high temperatures generated by steam cleaning during the SIP process, ensuring a sterile connection of the media to the diaphragm seal.
The diaphragm seal is fully welded and has a long service life for permanent sealing.
The DSS19T meets the pressure measurement needs of each process stage, such as filtration, separation, bus sterilization and filling systems.
