Description
Diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure measuring instruments from corrosive, viscous, crystallization, aggressive, high viscosity, environmental hazards or toxic media. A diaphragm made of stainless steel isolates the media. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system fill fluid in the diaphragm sealing system.
DSS18T meets the production requirements of the food industry. The milk duct can be connected by a hygienic process and the product can also be cleaned offline (COP).
Diaphragm sealing system can withstand high temperature steam cleaning in the SIP process, ensuring a sterile connection between the measured medium and the diaphragm seal.
The all-welded construction is durable and ensures that the system is always sealed.
DSS18T is suitable for pressure measurement at various stages of the process, such as filtration, separation, pasteurization and filling systems.
