Description
Diaphragm sealing systems are used to protect pressure gauges in aggressive, high viscosity, crystalline, corrosive, hazardous and toxic environments. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel for isolating the medium. Pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the system fill fluid inside the diaphragm.
Because of the variety of options, such as different diaphragm designs and materials, there are virtually unlimited possibilities for this product. The type of process connection and the basic manufacturing method are important design differentiation criteria.

DSS22P meets all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, one of its most notable features is that the post-installation measurement points are easy to clean. The product also meets CIP (in-situ cleaning) and SIP (in-situ sterilization) requirements.
Chuck connection enables quick and easy disassembly of the product, so simple cleaning can be performed when the diaphragm is replaced.
The all-welded construction of this product ensures its long service life and permanent sealing performance.
The zero adjustment of this product can be set directly on the watch glass by wrench, without removing the case.
