Description
WIKA's portfolio of diaphragm seals, pressure measurement and monitoring instruments meet the most demanding measurement tasks. The diaphragm rupture monitoring system is resistant to corrosive, contaminated or high temperature media and ensures a secure connection to the media.
The diaphragm rupture monitoring system has been patented and its special design meets the highest safety standards in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
When a diaphragm rupture occurs, the pressure gauge's built-in secondary diaphragm isolates the process from the outside world. The measurement function of the entire system is still unrestricted, but the broken diaphragm must be replaced immediately.
The standard connection between the diaphragm and the pressure measuring instrument is directly connected. The user can select the liquid in the system according to the specific application requirements, and the product transmits the pressure to the pressure measuring instrument through hydraulic pressure.
The diaphragm rupture monitoring system with the Wika 990.27 diaphragm has been successfully applied to the medium containing hydrogen fumarate.
