Description of Diaphragm Pressure Switch
This high quality diaphragm pressure switch is designed for applications with high safety requirements. This type of diaphragm pressure switch is not only superior in quality but also meets ISO 9001 manufacturing standards for reliable monitoring. In production, the switch tracks the record at each step via quality management software and passes 100% of the test after the finished product.
To ensure that the operation is as flexible as possible, the pressure switch is equipped with a micro switch that can directly switch electrical loads up to 20 A / AC 250V.
For applications requiring smaller electrical contact ratings, such as PLC applications, argon-filled microswitches with gold-plated electrical contacts may be used. The MW diaphragm pressure switch features a diaphragm-type measuring system that is extremely rugged and provides optimum operating characteristics. For applications where corrosion protection is particularly demanding, wetted parts made of PTFE or Monel are available.
The differential pressure switch with a setting range of 0.4 MPa...4 MPa can be used as a measuring system with a piston or a complete diaphragm. The stainless steel wetted parts are suitable for liquid medium measurement.
