Description
This high-quality pressure switch is designed for applications in confined spaces with high safety requirements. It is not only of high quality but also meets ISO 9001 manufacturing standards for reliable monitoring. In production, the switch tracks the record at each step via quality management software and passes 100% of the test after the finished product. The switch is made of stainless steel and the switch housing is available in aluminum and stainless steel. If necessary, you can open the Close the shell adjustment set point, you can also choose to seal the shell. The electrical inlet of the terminal block has a threaded cover to prevent impurities from entering.

The electrical connection of the terminal block is protected by a threaded cover with a threaded lock to prevent illegal operation.
To ensure that the operation is as flexible as possible, the pressure switch is equipped with a micro switch that can directly switch electrical loads up to 15 A / AC 220V. For applications requiring a small electrical contact rating, such as a PLC application, an argon-filled microswitch with gold-plated electrical contacts may be used. For two separate circuits, a double pole double throw (DPDT) type switch (double transfer switch electrical contact) is available.
The PCA pressure switch features a diaphragm element with a reaction spring that is extremely rugged and provides optimum operating characteristics. For switches with a setting range of 0.3 … 2.5 MPa, a piston can be used as the measuring element. Piston measuring elements are designed for liquid media.
