Description
IntelliGAUGE series of PGT63HP.1x0 pressure gauge (US Patent No.: 8,030,990) is not only suitable for measurement in low-voltage environment, but also can transmit signals to the central controller or remote control room.
Through the combination of high-quality mechanical measurement systems and high-precision electrical signal transmission, the operator can safely read the measured values even in the event of a power failure. In addition, mechanical pressure signals can be additionally stored.
The pressure gauge is equipped with a sturdy bellows pressure measurement system, and the overpressure safety protection is up to 50 times the full scale value.
This model is also equipped with a proven electronic angle encoder for automotive applications with high safety requirements to determine the position of the pointer shaft. The electronic angle encoder is a non-contact sensor that does not cause wear and friction. In view of this, the pressure gauge can produce a 4...20 mA electrical signal output proportional to the magnitude of the pressure.
This type of pressure gauge integrates the Wika electronic transmitter in a high-quality mechanical pressure gauge, which not only has electrical signal transmission, but also supports local mechanical display. The measuring range (electrical signal output) can be adjusted automatically according to the mechanical display, eg 4 ... 20 mA corresponds to the entire scale range. The electrical zero can also be set manually.
