Description
IntelliGAUGE series of PGT43 pressure gauges using patented technology (US Patent No.: 8,030,990), can be used to measure at any point. This type of pressure gauge is ideal if you want to signal the process pressure locally to the central controller or remote control room.
This type of pressure gauge combines high-quality mechanical measuring system and sophisticated electronic signal processing, even in the case of power failure, the operator can safely read the measured value.
The intelliGAUGE series of PGT43 pressure gauges meet the safety requirements of all relevant standards and specifications. They can be used to measure the working pressure of high pressure vessels in the field and can directly display the measured values mechanically without additional measurement.
The PGT43 pressure gauge is based on the 43x.30 safety model and is a high quality stainless steel pressure gauge with a standard size of 100 or 160mm. In addition, this type of pressure gauge is designed to meet the EN837-3 standard.
This type of pressure gauge has a rugged diaphragm measuring system, the angle of rotation of the pointer is proportional to the pressure. In addition, this model is equipped with a proven electronic angle encoder for automotive applications with high safety requirements to determine the position of the pointer shaft. The electronic angle encoder is a non-contact sensor that does not cause wear and friction. In view of this, the pressure gauge can produce a 4...20 mA electrical signal output proportional to the magnitude of the pressure.
This type of pressure gauge integrates the Wika electronic transmitter in a high-quality mechanical pressure gauge, which not only has electrical signal transmission, but also supports local mechanical display.
The measurement range (electrical output signal) can be automatically set according to the mechanical display, that is, the full scale of the display corresponds to the 4 ... 20 mA output signal. Moreover, the electrical zero can also be set manually.
