Description
WELD-PAD furnace tube surface assembly thermocouple can accurately measure the surface temperature of the plane or curved surface.
WELD-PAD sensor hot end is a curved solder pad attached to mineral insulated cable (armored cable). The armored cable consists of a metal sheath and insulated leads compressed in a high density ceramic material. The inner leads are made of a heat sensitive material. The appropriate outer sheath material can be selected according to the application requirements. At one end of the armored cable, the internal leads are soldered together to form an insulated (ungrounded) or uninsulated (grounded) measuring point.
The other end of the armored cable, the end of the lead is connected to the armored cable and sealed with a sealant. The wire finally forms a platform for electrical connection. Cables, plug-in connectors, and connector sockets can be connected to this platform.
Sensor Design
WELD-PAD is designed as a curved pad for each pipe and sensor size.
WELD-PAD is designed for applications where the variation is small and the accuracy is not critical. It provides measurement readings for trend analysis, remote measurements, and tracking changes.
