Description
CS4R is a compact digital temperature controller for temperature display, control and monitoring.
The controller has a multi-function input, which means the user can configure the sensor input as needed. This greatly increases the flexibility of the controller and reduces user inventory. In addition, the controller comes standard with a process value alarm output and control loop monitoring.
The controller has a wide range of control parameters.
Users can also activate the Autotune feature to make it easier to find the best control parameters.
The controller uses a rail mounting design. The user can set the control output to a relay output (for slow control), a logic level output for driving solid state relays (for fast control and high current loads) or a 4… 20 mA analog current signal output.
Products with 4… 20 mA control outputs can be reconfigured and used as transmitters with 4… 20 mA output signals.
Optional heater burnout alarm function for monitoring heating current and an RS-485 serial interface.
