PSD-30 pressure switch not only has a novel design, but also has excellent functions. It has won the “2009 iF Product Design Award”.
This model temperature switch uses a sturdy 14-segment LED display, which can display text very well, display characters up to 9mm and tilt slightly, so that the operator can easily read the display temperature value from a distance.
The temperature switch uses a 3-button operation for simple and intuitive menu navigation, allowing the operator to operate without additional assistance. Menu navigation complies with the latest VDMA standards. The new VDMA standard (24574-1, Section 2, “Temperature Switch”) is primarily intended for fluid sensors and is designed to simplify the use of temperature switches through standardized menu navigation and display.
The temperature switch's control buttons are designed to be as large as possible, and the layout is ergonomic, allowing the operator to quickly and easily correct. In addition, the buttons have tactile feedback that allows the operator to easily operate without additional assistance.
Flexible installation
TSD-30 type temperature switch can be installed flexibly according to the installation environment. In addition, the display and housing can be freely rotated 300°, so that there is no need to adjust the electrical connections when adjusting the display, and the display is always facing the operator. In addition, this model temperature switch also has M12*1 interface. When installing, the temperature switch position can be positioned according to cable routing requirements.
High quality
Wika has always adhered to a rugged design concept in the development of the switch series, and selected materials suitable for machine manufacturing applications. In view of this, the outer casing of the model temperature switch and the threaded joint of the electrical connector are made of stainless steel, so that the connector is almost impossible to spin or tear.
