Description
TIF Series Fieldbus Temperature Transmitter includes a rugged field enclosure, T32 temperature transmitter and a DIH display for general use in the process industry.
TIFxx series temperature transmitters are highly accurate, electrically isolated and have excellent immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance, and support HART® protocols, so they can be configured with a variety of open source configuration tools.
We can provide different types of sensors according to user requirements, such as DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584 or DIN 43710. In addition, the user can customize the characteristics of the sensor by entering values ​​(user-defined linearization).
After a redundant configuration of the sensor (dual sensor), once a sensor fails, the transmitter automatically switches to another sensor that is working properly.
In addition, sensor drift detection can be activated through redundant configurations. When the temperature deviation between sensor 1 and sensor 2 exceeds the user setting, the transmitter will send a fault signal.
The fieldbus transmitter also has many high-end management functions such as sensor line resistance detection, sensor fault detection in accordance with NAMUR NE89 standard, and measurement range monitoring. Moreover, this series of transmitters can perform comprehensive self-monitoring on a regular basis.
The range alarm and MIN (minimum) and MAX (maximum) values ​​can be displayed through the display.
We can provide a variety of field enclosures for this fieldbus temperature transmitter, such as plastic, stainless steel and aluminum. In addition, the range of temperature transmitters can be installed in a variety of ways, either directly to the wall or to a pipe with a diameter of 1... 2" using a pipe mounting kit.
Field transmitters are delivered with the basic configuration, we can also configure the transmitter to the specified parameters according to customer requirements.
