Description
TR22-A type thermal resistance thermometer is suitable for temperature measurement in sanitary applications. The process connections of these RTD thermometers are designed to meet the stringent requirements of hygienic measuring points.
If the user has higher hygiene requirements for components in contact with the surrounding environment, choose stainless steel fittings that optimize hygienic design. A cleanable measuring instrument, especially suitable for splash areas in food manufacturing processes.
The thermometer is connected to the junction box or display by means of a rotatable bolt, so the user can loosen the rotating bolt to adjust the junction box to the desired position. In addition, the junction box can be removed together with the measuring probe.
For this reason, the RTD thermometer can be calibrated with the entire measurement chain without disconnecting any electrical connections. In addition, this also avoids opening process connections, which greatly reduces health risks.
The spring-loaded measuring probe ensures good contact between the sensor head and the bottom of the thermometer jacket, ensuring a fast response and high-accuracy measurements.
The weld between the protective tube and the flange acts as an additional sealing material that allows the product to directly contact the measured medium.
