Description
TR21-A type thermal resistance thermometer is suitable for temperature measurement in the sanitary industry. It can be used to measure liquid and gaseous media. The measurement range is -30...250 °C, in hazardous areas. Provide intrinsically safe products.
Thermal resistance thermometers can be used with the sheath, the sheath is tightly connected to the equipment, and the material and design of the process connection parts meet the stringent requirements of hygienic measuring points. All components are protected against moisture (IP67 or IP69K).
The thermometer can be configured either directly (resistance) or via a computer-programmable transmitter output signal, separately from the free WIKAsoft-TT configuration software. Measurement range, damping, NAMUR NE43 and TAG no. error signals and bit numbers can be set.
The sensor can be removed without disconnecting the process or electrical connections for easy calibration or maintenance. This not only minimizes health risks, but also minimizes downtime.
The compression spring integrated into the movable nut ensures good contact between the sensor head and the bottom of the thermometer jacket, ensuring a short response time and consistently high accuracy. The weld between the protective tube and the flange acts as an additional sealing material that allows the product to directly contact the measured medium. Different depths, process connections, sensors and connection methods can be selected according to the order information, and the electrical connection is quickly connected through the M12x1 connector.
