Description
At any time, the TGT70 intelliTHERM® thermometer is ideal if you want to signal the process pressure locally to the central controller or remote control room.
This model combines a mechanical measurement system with sophisticated electrical signal processing to allow the operator to safely read process temperatures even in the event of a power outage.
This model thermometer has a built-in Bourdon tube system, the angle of rotation of the pointer is proportional to the pressure. In addition, the thermometer is equipped with an electronic angle encoder (non-contact, no wear and friction) to detect the position of the meter pointer. When the encoder detects the position of the pointer, it produces an electronic output signal proportional to the temperature. The intelliTHERM® series of thermometers were developed based on a 70-type expansion thermometer (see data sheet TM 81.01).
