Description
FWS type flow switch is used to display and monitor the flow of gas or liquid medium, can be applied in a variety of environments, such as welding machinery cooling system and cooling circuit, laser and piping systems, metering systems , pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, high pressure devices and other applications.
The flow monitor is manufactured according to the principle of buoyancy measurement, the float is installed in a cylindrical slot nozzle or a cylindrical measuring tube, and a spring contact is installed outside the flow loop.
This spring contact is designed in a continuously adjustable housing (switch housing) to protect the switching point from the outside world.
The medium being measured pushes the float to move in the direction of the medium flow. At the same time, the float itself has a magnetic collector block, and when it reaches the position of the spring switch, the switch point is closed. As the flow rate increases, the float moves faster in the direction of flow, stopping after reaching the maximum value to prevent the float from moving beyond the span of the spring switch (bistable feature).
