FSD-3 based on the principle of calorimetric measurement, without any moving parts, can achieve wear-free measurement.
Liquid medium flow monitoring
FSD-3 reliably monitors liquid media flow and helps ensure process safety. When the flow rate is higher or lower than the set value, the switch output of the FSD-3 activates the downstream regulator or control device to prevent personal injury or production damage due to pump, tool and spindle deceleration.
Temperature Monitoring
FSD-3 also monitors media temperature and outputs relevant data without the need for additional measurement equipment.
Diagnostic Features
When a sensor defect is detected, the switch can reliably output an alarm signal through diagnostics (feature optional) to trigger downstream safety functions.
