Description
The reference container (bypass chamber) of the liquid level switch has a float with a permanent magnet, and the float can follow the liquid level of the reference container (using the principle of the connected tube, and the measured liquid level) Changes that change together) move on the guide tube.
A magnetic reed type electrical contact (filled with inert gas) is installed in the guide tube. When the float is approaching, the magnetic force generated by the permanent magnet will pass through the non-magnetic wall of the float and the guide tube to energize the electrical contact. Non-contact switching action can be achieved by using magnets and magnetic reed type electrical contacts to avoid wear and eliminate the need for a power supply. In addition, the electrical contacts have no potential.
The switch state always switches as the liquid level changes.
Floating ball level switches are simple to install and require no maintenance, so installation, commissioning and running costs are low.
