When customers have the flexibility to measure the customization needs, we can work closely with customers to customize their own solutions. We use the finite element analysis (FEM) method to simulate the use of the product under actual conditions and quickly evaluate and optimize the design of the force sensor. In addition, our production lines are specially designed for small batch production, prototyping and the manufacture of some special shaped products.
The development of customized solutions requires our engineers to have a wealth of technical knowledge, in-depth understanding of the production process and product applications. We guarantee: from the force sensor as an auxiliary component to the intelligent manufacturing with integrated force measurement solution, we will use the thin film technology-based sensing module for these specific or geometric components that we need to develop. First, we will work with you to analyze all the requirements - if necessary, we can go directly to the site. We will define the characteristics of the solution, analyze the installation and operating conditions, and usually at this stage we have developed an initial solution. Through various tests, our R&D team will work with you to select a good solution until mass production is met. For us, a high level of personal commitment and competition is important.
