Description
FRKPS is used to test friction clutches on chain cranes. The device includes a load cell, a chain adapter and a display unit. When testing, insert the load cell into the chain, pull it up along the bottom of the chain crane, and then catch the chain.
The load cell uses a shear beam structure and is therefore unaffected by anisotropic forces and moments. The output signal is transmitted via cable to the hand-held indicator. To test each chain crane in the specified load range, two chain adapters and three core sleeves are required.
In addition, the device is equipped with an additional handheld digital display unit with all the necessary functions to process the sensor's output signal and directly display the measured value. The large dot matrix display also makes operation easy and convenient.
