Description
The toroidal force sensor is specifically designed for static force measurement tasks. The force sensor can be used to measure the pressure force in various applications.
The toroidal force sensor is specially designed to measure the force and tension in a small space.
Due to its compact design, the product is widely used in various industrial and laboratory fields. Applications include the simple determination of screw preload, in which force sensors are used as force washers or ring geometries that require a compact design. This series of force sensors is designed for screw measurements from M6 (15 kN) to M30 (500 kN).

Remarks
In order to prevent pressure overload, during the product installation process, the user must first energize the pressure force sensor and monitor its measured value.
Force sensor measurement force must be coaxial axial force, and can not bear lateral force. The force sensor needs to be mounted on a level surface that is flat and of sufficient hardness. Due to the small geometry of the force sensor, it is very sensitive to any change or mounting position. The accessory includes two grounding adapter discs to protect and optimize the conduction of forces.
