Description
This model has two series: CER6000-RR (reference resistor) and CER6000-RW (standard reference resistor). The RR series 4-wire reference resistors offer high accuracy and high stability at a lower cost. It has been specially designed to be used as a comparison standard for ASL AC temperature measuring resistor bridge products and can be used in electrical standard laboratories.
In addition to the standard fixed resistance, the resistor can be set to any value between 1 and 1000 & Omega; Typical applications for the RR series are as a delivery or comparison source for temperature calibration or electrical standard laboratories.
The RW series is made of a special alloy with a very low temperature coefficient of influence. The series is mounted in a frame made of low dielectric loss and high mechanical stability materials in a stress-free manner.
The components that have been heat treated for a long time ensure long-term stability and low temperature coefficient of the resistor. The components are sealed in a stainless steel container and filled with a Castrol WOM 14 drying oil.
