Applications
By comparing measurements, the CPP7000-X comparison test pump can be used as a pressure source for testing, conditioning, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure gauges. Stress testing can be performed in the laboratory, on the shop floor or at the measurement site.
Easy to operate
This type of comparative test pump is equipped with a lead screw, even if the pressure is very high, as long as the manual screw rotates smoothly, it can guarantee the precise set point pressure. Another feature of the CPP7000-X is that the lead screw operates only in the pump body.
The advantage of this is that the size of the pump does not change during the screw rotation.
With the built-in pre-pressure pump, the comparison test pump can easily build large volumes.
Easy to use
If the test instrument and the sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, the two instruments will withstand the same pressure when the pump is started. By comparing two measured values ​​for a given pressure value,
can be calibrated or adjusted for the instrument under test.
