Description
Overview
CPU6000 series contains three kinds of instruments: CPU6000-W weather station, CPU6000-S pressure balance sensor box and CPU6000-M digital multimeter. All three models can be used to collect and calibrate certificate-related measured value data.
This series of products adopts a new calibration concept, which simplifies the certificate generation process and improves the efficiency and quality of the certificate generation process.
Features
CPB-CAL (iPad® app) or WIKA-CAL (PC software) can be used with any pressure balance to determine the mass load reference pressure required for calibration. It is easier to calculate the mass load or pressure with a simple operation and setup. With this calibration device, the user can take all key influences into account during calibration to improve measurement accuracy.
This calibration device can be used to calibrate relative pressure measuring instruments with absolute pressure reference (or absolute pressure measuring instruments with relative pressure reference).
In addition, the calibration unit also integrates power and multimeter functions for easy calibration of pressure transmitters. Weather stations and digital multimeters can also be used independently of pressure balances with other calibration instruments and WIKA-CAL software. This greatly enhances existing automated calibration systems.
Software and certificate generation
This calibration device can be used with the WIKA-CAL software to generate a calibration certificate. The calibration device can communicate wirelessly with iPad® via Bluetooth® 4.0 or via a USB interface.
