CPC8000-H hydraulic high-pressure controller has high accuracy and good control stability, and is especially suitable as a factory/work standard for automatic testing and verification of various high-voltage measuring instruments. In addition, the controller is rugged and reliable, and is ideal for self-reinforced applications or cyclic pressure load testing.
For controllers, simply supply clean, dry compressed air for the pneumatic control loop, not voltage. Hydraulic oil or water (or other media as required by the customer) can be used as the pressure medium at the output.
Features
CPC8000-H consists of two components, the CPC8000-HC pressure controller and the CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with reference pressure sensor. The hydraulic module is available in two versions, the low pressure module is 0.5 ... 70MPa and the high pressure module is 2 ... 160MPa, which is matched with the corresponding reference pressure sensor.
The complete system is available in either a 19-inch plug-in chassis or a 19-inch rack built-in. The sensor can be replaced through the front of the hydraulic module without having to disassemble the entire controller (eg, removed from the calibration tool).
