Description
This type of pressure transmitter is available in both intrinsically safe and explosion-proof (ATEX-certified) versions, and both versions support 4 ... 20 mA, 4 ... 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® or FOUNDATION Fieldbus™ output signals to meet the application requirements. All electronic components of the pressure transmitter are explosion-proof and even intrinsically safe for the flameproof type, so the instrument can be calibrated in the explosion-proof area while the instrument is in operation.
Universal
DPT-10 transmitters can meet a variety of industrial measurement needs, such as the use of differential pressure components to measure flow, level measurement or filter and pump detection. The DPT-10 is fitted with a diaphragm seal and is therefore suitable for use in demanding processing conditions. This type of transmitter has a measuring range from 0 ... 1 kPa to 0 ... 4 MPa and a static pressure limit of up to 42 MPa for any application. In addition, this model combines internal digital signal processing with proven sensors for high accuracy and optimum long-term stability.
This type of transmitter has 7 different shell structures, users can choose the appropriate shell structure according to the specific application environment, almost all application environments can find a suitable shell structure. The housing is free to rotate 330° in plastic, aluminum and stainless steel. For applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries where high application requirements are available, we also offer an electropolished stainless steel (316L) housing.
Easy to configure and operate
Users can configure and repair the meter through the display (optional) and operating module, which can be installed in four different locations. The operating menu structure is straightforward and supports 7 languages (optional). In addition, users can use PACTware™ free non-patent configuration software to set operating parameters and easily integrate instrument-specific DTM into the corresponding decentralized control system.
