Description
Application
CPG2500 digital pressure display is mainly used to calibrate pressure measurements in laboratories and factories. The pressure display can be used as a pressure measurement reference: 1. Used to verify the on-site pressure indicator / transmitter; 2. Production, testing and calibration of the pressure measurement instrument.
Features
CPG2500 can be configured with one, two or three pressure sensors. The two sensors are inside and the third is outside. The digital pressure sensor is internally pneumatically isolated so that one channel can be configured with a sensor pressure of up to 70 MPa while the other is as low as 2.5 KPa / 10 inH2O. An optional atmospheric reference sensor can be added that internally displays air pressure or is used to simulate absolute pressure. The pressure range for each channel can be specified by the customer.
The digital pressure indicator is based on a built-in pressure sensor. As an external reference pressure sensor, the Mensor CPR2510, CPT6100 or CPT6180 precision pressure sensor can be used together.
Advantages of IntelliScale and Replaceable Sensors
Each sensor is calibrated with IntelliScale, the second half of the measurement range is the reference fixed error, the reading accuracy in the first half of the measurement range. The three sensors can be matched to each other to extend the percentage range of reading accuracy, giving a one percent reading uncertainty.
In addition, each reference pressure sensor is detachable and interchangeable, allowing external calibration and minimizing downtime.
