Description of Pressure Calibrator
Use
This type of pressure calibrator can be equipped with different pressure sensors. With an accuracy of up to 0.025% of the range and a measurement range of up to 600 MPa, these sensors can be quickly replaced without tools, allowing the calibrator to provide the most suitable solution for different applications.
The pressure sensor can be installed not only in the meter, but also with a cable of about 1m. After replacing the pressure sensor on the meter, the digital display automatically recognizes the measurement range of the new sensor, eliminating the need for the operator to configure through the menu, saving operating time.
Features
Three operating modes are available in the setup menu: measurement, calibration, and pressure switch testing. In the calibration and pressure switch test mode, the meter will pop up a menu assistant that can help the user with each operation and recording, such as providing multiple verification data or automatically calculating switch hysteresis.
The calibrator supplies power to the test equipment and reads the measurement signals through the electrical inputs and outputs. In addition, these inputs and outputs are equipped with protective caps to protect the input and output from harsh environments.
Software
CPH6000 pressure calibrator is equipped with two computer software, which can be used to analyze and archive the calibration data stored in the calibrator. Use WIKA-Cal software (based on Excel®) to automatically transfer data to the printer and print out a verification certificate.
WIKA-Cal verification software in addition to providing computer-based verification functions, can also manage calibration and instrument data in the SQL database. In addition, the software can also use RS-232 or USB interface for data transmission.
