The CPG-KITH hydraulic service kit is the ideal comparative measurement tool for hydraulic testing, conditioning and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments and can be used to set pressure switches. All testing can be done quickly and reliably in the lab, on the shop floor or at the measurement site. This service kit helps customers perform inspection and maintenance work more thoroughly, safely and flexibly. The kit is a high quality finished product that is portable and rugged and is also suitable for everyday use.
Components
This service kit includes a manual test pump for generating specific test pressures and a high precision CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument, using air as the pressure medium. The kit includes multiple adapters and all components are securely stored in the box for good internal transport.
Easy to use
One end is connected to the instrument to be tested, and the CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge is connected to the test pump. After starting the pump, the instrument under test and the CPG1500 can withstand the same pressure. The test pressure can be precisely set using a trim valve if necessary. By comparing the readings of the two meters at any pressure value, the accuracy of the pressure measuring instrument can be checked and/or adjusted during the test.
WIKA-CAL software
The data logger on the digital pressure gauge can wirelessly transmit the collected data to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for subsequent evaluation. In addition to computer-based calibration, WIKA-CAL also saves calibration and instrumentation data to a SQL database. The WIKA-Wireless wireless interface can be used for data transmission.
