Description
The GFU08 series of rugged modular cylinder carriers can be used to inflate and re-inflate the SF6 chamber. It is modular in design and can be used in a variety of applications through a variety of mechanical and electrical connections.
The series is divided into 4 models:
GFU08-B type: refilling car
GFU08-W type: refueling car with scale
GFU08-E type: refilling car with vacuum pump
GFU08-C type: refueling car with scale and vacuum pump
High performance vacuum pump
The GFU08-E and GFU08-C models are equipped with a vacuum pump. With these refueling vehicles, the gas can be withdrawn from the SF6 gas chamber and then professionally SF6 refilled.
Standard vacuum pump (GVP-10) has a suction force of 10 m³/h for rapid emptying and reducing the end pressure to no more than 2 x 10-3 kPa [< ; 1.5 x 10-2 Torr].
For larger volumes of gas venting, we also offer a more powerful vacuum pump with a suction force of up to 44 m³ /h. When using a two-stage pump, the end pressure can be reduced to a minimum of 2 x 10-3 kPa [< 1.5 x 10-3 Torr]. Therefore, the risk of excessive humidity or concentration in the SF6 chamber is negligible.
High accuracy dial
The high-accuracy dial ensures the accuracy of the SF6 gas volume when refilling. Therefore, the GFU08 refueling vehicle is an ideal tool for the mass balance method, and the results are in compliance with the IPCC Directive and can be used to prepare emissions reports. The weighing device underneath the cylinder has a unique flat design that makes it easy to load and unload heavy cylinders in one person.
