Description
Portable Service Device Series
GVC-10 vacuum compressor is a module of the portable service device series.
This series of product modules includes:
GVP-10 Portable Vacuum Pump
GPF-10 Portable SF6 Filter Unit
GVC-10 Portable SF6 Vacuum Compressor
GTU-10 Portable SF6 Gas Transfer Device
GWS-10 Portable SF6 Cylinder Scale
Optimize extraction gas
In order to extract the residual pressure in the sulphur hexafluoride gas chamber as low as 0.5 kPa abs., the GVC-10 vacuum compressor needs to be combined with the GTU-10 gas transfer device.
The extracted sulfur hexafluoride gas is compressed by the pump body through the outlet of the modular unit system to the gas tank.
No oil
The pump body operating in the vacuum compressor is specially optimized for use in this instrument series.
Because the wet transfer chamber is completely isolated from the pump's drive system, the pump's working principle is particularly suitable for sulfur hexafluoride gas. Therefore, the whole process remains oil-free.
Safe Gas Extraction Process
Self-sealing valves at the inlet and outlet ensure safe gas extraction. This eliminates the leakage of sulfur hexafluoride gas into the atmosphere.
