Description
General Information
GDI-100-D precision digital gas density display uses the concept of analog SF6 gas density display, but the high level of operation can only be matched by digital sensor technology. The GDI-100-D combines the accuracy of digital measurement technology with the simplicity of an analog scale, and is unmatched in SF6 gas density measurement in terms of performance, ease of use and instrument characteristics.
Temporary Monitoring
SF6 Inflator Switchgear must be monitored within the specified time after maintenance and new installation to eliminate any leaks or poor maintenance. The GDI-100-D can perform this temporary monitoring and record parameters such as gas density, pressure and temperature.
Accuracy
GDI-100-D is equipped with high-precision sensing technology of CPG-1500 precision digital pressure gauge, which can determine SF6 gas density with accuracy up to 0.6%. The equipment uses pressure and temperature parameters to perform calculations by internally evaluating the complex Veri equations set up in the electronic system. The pressure change caused by the thermal effect will be compensated for this and will not affect the displayed value of the gas density. Through temperature compensation, the device can output pressure and gas density values under 20°C reference conditions. In addition, in addition to the SF6 function, all the functions of the CPG-1500 can be used.
