Description
233.52.100 The TI model incorporates a gas density transmitter on the back of the housing for use as a full-featured standard GD-10 gas density transmitter. Of course, the combined gas density relay and gas density transmitter can be connected to the tank to measure the gas density in the tank.
gas density transmitter can electronically compensate the nonlinear state change of SF6 gas according to the Villi equation, so that the state change of SF6 gas conforms to the actual gas state equation, thus achieving the highest accuracy and the best. Temperature compensation. However, only gas density transmitters have the above features.
Gas Density Transmitter can collect the pressure and temperature of SF6 gas in the equipment (tank). These two variables are then used to determine the current gas density through an electronic evaluation system.
The system dynamically compensates for changes in the thermal sensing pressure so that it does not affect the output signal. The gas density transmitter produces a 4...20 mA standard signal (2-wire system) that is proportional to the gas density.
Gas density transmitters have high long-term stability and do not require recalibration of the zero signal. The hermetic sealed measuring unit uses closed welding to ensure good sealing for a long period of time, not only to prevent leakage of the instrument, but also to ensure that the performance of the instrument is not affected by atmospheric pressure fluctuations and installation height.
The EMI (anti-electromagnetic interference) performance of the transmitter is tested according to IEC 61000-4-2 to IEC 61000-4-6, which ensures safe signal acquisition, especially for high voltage switchgear .
