Description
The Model GD10-F2 features a gas density transmitter with an additional temperature sensor and a temperature transmitter integrated into a special connector.
This model transmitter can be used as a standard GD10 gas density transmitter with dual output signal to compensate for the temperature imbalance effect of the individual tank.
Gas density transmitter can electronically compensate for the nonlinear state change of SF6 gas according to the Villi equation.
Gas density transmitter can collect the pressure and temperature of SF6 gas in the tank. These two variables are then used to determine the current gas density through an electronic evaluation system.
The system dynamically compensates for changes in the thermal sensing pressure so that it does not affect the output signal. The gas density transmitter produces a 4...20 mA standard signal (2-wire system) proportional to gas density, measuring from 0 ... 10 g/L to 0...80 g/L.
Gas density transmitters have high long-term stability, eliminating the need for zero recalibration and maintenance. The wetted parts are made of stainless steel (standard).
The gas-tight welded measuring element can maintain good sealing for a long time, and the measuring element is designed with special structure, no internal seal is needed, and no leakage will occur.
In addition, this model of gas density transmitter enclosures is protected to IP 65 to ensure measurement results are not affected by atmospheric pressure fluctuations and installation height variations.
The EMI (anti-electromagnetic interference) performance of the transmitter is tested according to IEC 61000-4 to IEC 61000-4-6, which ensures safe signal acquisition, especially for high voltage switchgear.
