Description
The main body of the LGG glass level gauge is an important part of it, including the liquid level channel (and sometimes even the heating channel) and the sealing cavity and visible glass of the seat surface.
LGG type glass plate level gauge body installed or integrated valve connector and process connection. If necessary, a venting or draining structure can also be installed at the top and bottom.
In order to ensure the quality of the glass, the visible glass plate can only use borosilicate glass or mica dial and the seals are fixed by U-bolts and sealed with a shield. The borosilicate glass used is in accordance with DIN 7081.
Under steam application, the glass on the glass plate level gauge can withstand 243 ° C (mica design 280 ° C) steam temperature and 300 ° C other medium temperature, in special cases can withstand temperatures up to 374 ° C. Mica can be used for glass under certain special working conditions.
