Description
WIKA's BNA series of magnetic flap level gauges / level gauges consist of a bypass cavity, a float and a magnetic display. The bypass chamber is connected to the tank by at least two process interfaces (flange, threaded or welded end) and the contour is introduced into the tank. The float is located inside the cavity and floats on the liquid surface. The float has a built-in permanent magnet. The magnetic field can pass through the wall of the bypass cavity to trigger the magnetic display body mounted on the outside of the bypass cavity to be turned over to realize the non-contact liquid level height indication.
Magnetic display body is composed of two-color plastic flip or stainless steel flap, 10mm a tightly arranged, the built-in small magnetic column is triggered by the magnetic steel in the float, and then flipped 180 & deg; When the bit rises, it turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it turns from red to white.
The magnetic flap level gauge/level gauge therefore provides a clear indication of tank level without the need for a source.
