The test pump can be used as a pressure source, allowing users to test, adjust and verify mechanical and electronic pressure gauges through comparative measurements. This type of test pump can be used in laboratory, workshop or field measurement points.
Easy to operate
Connect the instrument to be tested and a high-accuracy reference meter to the test pump, then start the test pump. After the test pump is started, the same pressure is applied to the instrument to be tested and the reference measuring instrument. In this way, the user can check the accuracy or adjustment of the meter on the side by comparing the measured values ​​of the two meters under any given pressure condition.
Easy to use
CPP1200-X is a hydraulic test pump that can produce test pressures up to 120 MPa. This model test pump uses the same technology as the CPB3800 piston press and features an integrated dual-spindle pump with switching valve for fast pressurization of the test system and smooth pressure generation.
At the same time, the precision adjustable spindle pump can also achieve pressure fine-tuning. A control schematic with pressure generation on the base of the instrument helps the user to achieve simple and fast operation.
Both test interfaces can be connected using G ½ female threaded union. In order to calibrate instruments with different connecting threads, we also offer corresponding threaded adapters.
Compact design
One of the most prominent advantages of the CPP1200-X is the compact shape, and the spindle is rotating in the pump body, so the test pump size will not change during operation, still maintain a compact shape . In addition, the CPP1200-X also features a very rugged ABS plastic housing for reduced weight, making it ideal for field applications.
