Description
CPD8500 Digital Piston Pressure Gauge is a meter that combines the performance of a manual piston pressure gauge with the efficiency and ease of use of a compact digital reference. The meter measures a wide range of pressures: 0.1 ... 50 MPa (15 ... 7,250 psi) and an absolute pressure of 0.1 ... 2 MPa (15 ... 290 psi abs.). It has multiple measuring heads.   
This CPD8500 digital piston pressure gauge is equipped with an internal environmental monitoring module, temperature probe and precision vacuum sensor for automatic detection of sensitive parameters. In addition, customers can choose to install internal or external atmospheric pressure reference equipment to provide greater flexibility for gauge or absolute pressure measurements.
Apps
CPD8500 digital piston pressure gauge with a measurement accuracy of 35 ppm of reading, can be used as a work reference, or as a tool for transmission standards. Unlike conventional piston gauges, the CPD8500 is capable of continuous measurement in absolute mode, while conventional meters require interrupted vacuum conditions to load the weight set.
This feature makes these meters easier and faster, making calibration easier. In addition, the CPD8500 pressure gauge is equipped with an automatic lubrication system to further expand the measurement pressure range without additional power supply, which also limits pollution and improves the performance of the piston liner system.
Easy to use
CPD8500 digital piston pressure gauge uses certified piston pressure gauge technology, equipped with a high accuracy sensor that can be precisely calibrated without loading any external weight groups. The displayed pressure values ​​are internally compensated for changes in ambient conditions, local gravitational acceleration and piston sleeve temperature. This eliminates manual or external complex calculations.
It should be noted that the base of the CPD8500 digital piston pressure gauge is also equipped with integrated leveling feet for easy leveling. The leveling feet are padded to reduce the effects of vibration. In addition, it is compatible with CPD8000 absolute and gauge pressure measuring heads.
